Aspire2B Coaching & Development was founded in 2012 by Lynsey Weir following extensive experience in Sales, Service and Learning and Development and includes 22 yrs in the Financial Services Industry.

During the last 2 years Aspire2B has supplied its coaching, training and development expertise across all sectors and is working Internationally with with major international names in Banking and Human Resources.

Lynsey is a highly experienced Learning & Development Consultant, Manager, Coach (ACC) and Coach Supervisor.

Recognised as having excellent interpersonal skills and operating successfully with Directors, Senior Managers and Sales professionals she specialises in Coaching, Business Consultancy, Management and Sales Development.

Utilising all of her expertise, knowledge and development skills she has achieved great success for her clients by raising the confidence and competence of teams and individuals. The results are reflected in increased motivation, revenue and bottom line profitability.

Lynsey is passionate about helping you to be the best you can be and realising your full potential. Committed to helping you or your business achieve your goals through Coaching or Development consultancy.

She takes her own continuous professional development seriously and has recently completed postgraduate research into Imposter Syndrome during her MA in Applied Coaching.

Lynsey is valued for her innovative and pragmatic approach as well as her positive attitude and insight. She has the ability to analyse issues and work with leaders to interpret, align and inspire people to achieve results.
